Amenity Center for a new residential development on San Antonio’s far northwest side. The project included an infinity edge pool, children’s pool, patio and fire pit areas. The amenity building itself houses restrooms and a covered patio area with a gas fireplace. Using heavy timber trusses, standing seam metal roof and natural limestone allowed the building to reflect the Texas Hill Country design requested by the developer.
